We had an unforgettable time in the midst of coffee plantations and natural parks, thanks to the hotel's proximity to these attractions as well as the Pereira airport. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom, and a beautiful view of the gardens. the staff was attentive and friendly, and the buffet breakfast had a great selection of delicious options. We also enjoyed the daily organized trips to the nearby parks.

The hotel's lack of English-speaking staff made communication a bit difficult at times.
